Access Statement Introduction
The Lodge is a stone built former shooting Lodge recently converted single storey property set in open parkland. The property is ideal for visitors with restricted mobility and young children, with easy access to the gardens and all living areas and bedroom/wet room. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have and queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.

Booking/enquires can be made via e-mail or phone and are confirmed by post. We ask for a 30% deposit within 5 days of booking, with balance due 6 weeks before arrival Nearest bus stop is only 3-4 minutes from the Lodge Nearest train station is 8 miles in Carlisle with taxi rank It is possible to pre-order provisions from us Tesco will deliver shopping that has been ordered online Arrival & Car Parking Facilities We will meet you with keys on arrival
There is car parking for 4 cars on the property The surface is levelled concrete and flat and even Parking is 6 metres from the front door of the property There is lighting at the entrance of the property Main Entrance & Reception The main entrance has one step 17cm high, 1.84 mtrs wide, 1.8 mtrs deep shaped as half moon no handrail On request a mobile ramp can be fitted to the step
