Stayed last weekend Saturday 29th October for 3 nights, had a lovely time. Beautiful Lodge in a stunning area. Will definately be back in the summer, roll on BBQ's in the garden!!

Our 2nd visit to The Lodge. Just as fantastic as the 1st. A wonderful cottage! We had lovely weather and enjoyed lots of trips out ( and cosy evenings in)

Fantastic Lodge, idyllic location: four seasons in one week! The beautiful rooms - each with its own character are so comfortable, you cannot help but relax! The finish of every aspect is to an amazing high standard - it's perfect. Thanks so much for all your help this week, Kath. You should be proud of what you have created! Can't wait to see how you get on with your next project!

Thank you for a lovely, comfortable, spotless home! We had a wonderful stay. The photos on the website do not show just how beautiful and spacious The Lodge is. We adored seeing the lambs, had a fab time on the steamers on Lake Ullswater - well worth a trip, and the general location and surrounding beauty. Thank you for an exceptional property - will reccommend this to anyone!

We are thrilled to have found such a welcoming gem of a cottage in a beautiful part of the country and are leaving very refreshed and relaxed. Pink Leaf Caterers also worth a mention. We had a wonderful dinner party by them to celebrate my 30th. Thanks for the hospitality.

Thank you so much for the most perfect relaxing break. The Lodge is beautiful, luxurious, but felt like home immediately. Grandad loved the wetroom and Sophie enjoyed exploring! The attention to detail is outstanding making our stay so enjoyable. We will hopefully come back soon.

Didnt want to leave had a fantastic time came with friends who had a 3 yr old who loved the open space and the sheep in the field. there is plenty to do for children in the surrounding area .
we shall be back next year but for a longer stay its just like home from home

A fantastic week, don't want to leave. Cottage is superb, best we have been to by far. Christopher (3) loved playing outside, safe and loads of open space. Thank you Richard and Kath for creating such a lovely holiday cottage.
